Green tea

Single-origin Chinese green teas, unoxidised: heat fixes the freshly picked leaf — pan-fired, baked or steamed — to lock in its freshness. The category gathers classics such as West Lake Lóngjǐng, Liù’ān guāpiàn and Yúnnán máofēng. In the cup they are clean and free of bitterness, with notes of chestnut and tender bean and a sweet, lingering return.
